This is a tip for the newer riders. You older farts like me are stuck in your ways
.
I'm watching a race from months ago and I'm reminded how a quiet upper body equals speed.
At times we think "massaging" or "body english" on the bike is going to give us more speed out of a turn or into one. The fact is all it results in is wasted energy. So the next time you ride try to keep your upper body quiet and centered over the tank/bars. Your lap times may go down for a bit as you grow as a rider, but they'll come back and your energy will be much better for the second moto.
Ride smart.

It doesn't always relate to things you immediately think of.
