Factory fuel tanks - Assen pit bits

Is there a company out there making these carbon fiber and titanium fuel tanks for the public? Are those recessed gas caps 1/4 turn units? Are they aluminum? Sure would like to get one. Thanks!

The only carbon fibre tank for moto I've seen that's well made, is the CRM Karbotank. They really know what they're doing (they produce stuff for military and aerospace use)

My cmt compositi is as good as the crm. But other than those 2, I haven't had one in person..
