Besides that one thing he rode phenomenal last night.
On the last lap his aggressive pass on JL was well executed. Especially, how he tripled out of the small triple before the big one which allowed him to make the pass. Then he did a good job keeping JL from cutting down low before the first set of whoops. What really impressed me is how JL took him high in the berm and he just blasted out of it leading into the final set of whoops gapping JL. He executed everything perfectly on the final lap in a high pressure situation. That’s what champions do.

The contact took away from what he did. He could have passed him on that lap anyway.
Although having said that, he was clearly fastest so he didn't need to be so agressive, he had plenty of time and speed to be a gentleman out there.
The Shop
The problem lies within his lack of judgment. He would have caught and passed everyone. The point is, he didn't have to ride like a complete punk bch in order to get it done. All the "rubbins racing" comments make me laugh. I'm all for a little bump n grind, but aiming for front wheel kill shots on people going slower than you shows immaturity that he's going to have to sort out.
All of this noise is trivial, no great rider has gone their whole career without controversy.
Pit Row
The “Go Home” shit simply takes the cake.
I’m of the same opinion of this young French lad that I was before all this: he’s amazing.
I’d LOVE to see the “on track histories” of all these angry posters 😂
To boil it down.. you can get a title the easy way, or the hard way... 2020 is gonna be the hard way for DF...
But he also seriously endangered Jett by throwing his bike infront of him while Jett was launching a triple.
Nothing wrong with a bit of aggressive riding. I think he took it way beyond that despite not needing to. He likely wins that and walks away with lots of new fans if he makes clean passes.
