In the track map photo, it looks like there is a wall jump on the exit of the start corner šŸ˜². Thatā€™s a recipe for a pileup. Bet the riders protest and get that taken out. What do you guys think?

I don't have my glasses on and I don't see a wall jump. Looks like a small bump before the rhythm starts.

As an average rider.... I really like to see the best in the world SAFELY challenged with odd (but not ridiculous) obstacles. No sharks with lasers or anything not made of dirt to be clear but a sand pit, Wall jump, Option lane, Over unders and stuff like that makes it interesting to me. In my opinion when pros are out of their average comfort zone is when only the best pros rise to the top.

Hell, I even enjoyed the Monster Joker lanes. They were basically three wall jumps in a row through a sand pit and really took some discipline to not send it on each one and cause a get off.

Cue the guys who feel the need to say "the riders have a choice in how fast they navigate an obstacle".

When you find your glasses, youā€™ll be able to see that itā€™s supposed to be a near vertical face.

Could be a bad deal, but itā€™d definitely spread the field out even earlier. Could make a good start twice as important.

Iā€™m guessing itā€™ll be knocked down to a small roller by the night show.

EDIT: Just saw the video above, looks like no wall.

Nope watched press day go pros. Track is awesome but no whoops. Giant booters.

Probably either already changed because of feedback or not completely built for press day. Itā€™s definitely on the track map.

Giant booters? Is Dianna Dahlgren back in the pits with Monster?

If it ends up being very steep, then that obstacle is going to cause some pile-ups on the starts.

That is not what the wall jumps look like on their maps. It doesnā€™t even look like a wall jump on the 3D map.

After looking at it again, I think the white holeshot line on the map is making it look steeper than it is. Looks like someone just dropped a white rectangle where the jump face is supposed to be.

Just looks like a thick white line to show the holeshot line. Give dirt wurx a little more credit.

There are two big sections of track missing from AJ's video. They generally always cut out the whoops on press day. In his session they also didn't go through the sand or a couple switchbacks in front of the starting gate.

Never a fan of wall jumps or fake beaches. If they want to do a sand section make a sand track. You donā€™t go to Southwick and have a section of hard pack. Itā€™s bullshit. There are not ā€œwall jumpsā€ on Moto so donā€™t put them n indoor moto

What if they went with a joker lane type section with wall jumps on the start straight? I know that I would hate something like that if I were on that track, but it might slow down the run into the first corner and change things up a bit.
