I met Jesse when he was about 7 years old when he came up to me at Honeylake shook my hand and introduced himself to me. What a great kid and a great family. His accident was very tragic and touching to the whole MX community. I thank God I had the meet, hang out, bench race and ride with Jesse. He is gone but he will never be for gotten. Miss ya little buddy. Until we meet again.

I couldn't imagine , as a parent, going through what yours or his parents went through. Sometimes I'm bummed I had all girls who aren't really into moto, and other times I think it may have been for the better.

The Masterpool family has done a great job in having their own facility here in Texas. They seem to be doing okay.

We were lucky enough to have Jesse and his brother Jake stay at our house on several occasions. I will never forget Jesse's face when he had a HOT Krispy Kreme doughnut for the first time. His face lit up like a spotlight. Very special young man for sure. Happy Birthday Jesse from the Choate family.

I did not know this young man, but I know he was a special kid and had huge potential in life and MX. God bless him and give his family strength to continue without him. This sport is cruel at times, but I’m sure the family realizes he was living his dream and they were backing him 100%. That’s what families do and sometimes terrible things happen to nice people. Happy birthday little man…..

Happy Birthday, saw him ride in Bercy that year. Great rider, he even learnt some french to say to the crowd.
