To me the most competitive, unpredictable, and interesting outdoor seasons ever would have to go to the 2012 250 championship.
Baggett, Tomac, Barcia, Musquin, and Roczen went tooth and nail all summer long and you didnt know who was going to win the championship until it was all said and done.
A close second for me would have to be 2011 450 between Reed, Dungey, and Villopoto
What do you consider to be the greatest season ever?

1998 250 GPs with Tortelli and Everts
92,93,95,00,01,03,05,09,10 125/250 years were highly competitive. 2012 being arguably the most stacked 125/250 class ever.
96,98,99,07,11 and 14 come to mind for 450s.
2014 450s comes to mind if I had to pick one at the moment. That season had it all.
