I wear size 13/14 boots, and have a really hard time getting my foot under the shift lever. I saw hammerhead makes the 20mm extended shifter. I already have a stock length shifter on my bike now. So i wanted to see if it worked for anyone else that also has clown feet before i buy another one.

My son wears 13 in Alpinestars and has a similar problem. We tried the hammerhead shifters a few years back and they bent every time he dropped the bike... Maybe they are stronger now, IDK...

Yea i think every shifter bends when you wreck. Im not all that worried about that. Id rather bend a $40 lever than bend the shift rod in my motor. I just want to be able to shift consistently and not knock the lever down when im trying to up shift

We used the Torc1 for a while, they would bend too but not anyways as bad as the hammerhead!

I use a hammerhead shifter on my honda, think it's +15. I wear size 12 boots. Really happy with it. The original shifter caused my boot to wear in weird places because it was so short. I've had quite a bit of crashes and tip overs but it's still straight.

Size 13 boot here, very happy with the hammerhead extended shifter. 30+ hours on it, no issues so far. Moved the shifter contact point on my boot back where its supposed to be.

I had one on my 14 YZ250F. I wear a 12 in Alpinstars and a 13 in Fox instincts. I worked good for me.

Had a plus 15 on my 16 crf450 and a sz 14 tech 10 and loved it. Everyone else hated it.

I have the Torc1. I just hope you don't have a KTM because if you do the shifter won't stay on without putting compound on the splines and red loctite on the shift shaft bolt. I wouldn't get anything but stock for the KTM's.

Anyways, as far as it being extended goes it's pretty nice. I wear size 12 and it seems to work well.

One of the best mods ever for guys with big feet. I wear size 13 boots and I've been running the same +25mm Hammerhead on my CR250 for 5 years now. Lots of crashs and tip overs along the way, never bent it once.

I’ve put the “billet” Hammerhead shifter w/ a +20 tip on every bike I’ve owned. I’ve never bent one and I ride a lot of off road, along with plenty of Motocross... I’ve had many KTM’s, currently have two of them and never used anything but Red loctite. (Which is necessary)

I’m a size 12 boot as well.
