Tornado ball work - ( amazing for core strength and development ) most our movements we do for core are very limited. With the Tornado ball that swinging motion really hits the core in a different way plus the stability it takes to swing over head - one arm swings and the ballistic movement of hitting off the ground - also really good to get movement and mobility out of your shoulders, rib cage and back. You don’t need a gym to get fit only a few pieces of equipment that i use at home and on the road. Standing on that ball and swinging that shit overhead tells me numerous things about him. Super fit comes to mind, focused comes to mind, a couple loose screws comes to mind, that would end badly for me comes to mind.Laughing

That was a great episode. Changed my opinion of ryno for sure. He says and does some wild stuff, but he owns it. Hard to not respect him.

Anyone remember him having a meltdown on here back in the early Vital late motodrive days, or am I mistaking him for someone else?

I'm not a fan of the modern ryno type dudes....but i really dig ryno right now. he cares about the smallest shit and helping people. he's spreading his wings and isn't apologizing for it. It helps him with his demons and to feel that healthy every day must be awesome so good on him!!

I tried to watch some of Glenn Coldenhoff's vlogs and I can't get through them. Ryno talks so much! He's giving Glenn these long dissertations. How is a rider supposed to remember everything?
Ryno's all "now remember....blah blah technique blah blah blah technique blah blah............" Grinning

But I do think Ryno is a good man. He seems like he's got some emotional baggage that manifests itself by way of his peculiarities. He's searching for something. I wish the dude well.

Oh, and I think it's odd that Ryno sells his training services but in the 90s he was all about not needing a trainer...

It's interesting to see him in person on a roid style rage back when he was racing. Then see him out of his mind in Razzles (which I was honestly wondering if the people around him were going to get hurt). To this zen bullshit currently. I concur with someone earlier saying that smacking your head will do crazy things to you. Also, getting a divorce will change you as well.

He’s been social distancing in Hawaii at some private retreat, staying isolated from the covid stuff NOT traveling the world.

He does have some good unorthodox training methods and theories but it’s been getting weirder and weirder lately imo. But hey, whatever floats your boat. It seems to work for him
