I think an Alta might do okay on a snocross/mx track where the snow isn't that deep but I don't see it doing well in the backcountry.
The Shop
With the track I can't see it being real quick. Would certainly need a bigger battery.
But idk, we don't have snobikes in the south.
Snow water isnt much of a concern as Im sure they are reliable and waterproof enough where that isnt a concern.
Although i did not think of the cold affecting the battery and the excess drain from the load of the snow/track.

That’s like saying my Renegade 600 is useless in the snow.
couple weeks ago we got 33 miles out of about 3 gallons of gas on ours. we each have a spare 3 gallon tank so our range is right around 60 miles (depending on the riding).
