I got back to the truck by using the vent tube for a fuel line, and pieces of bark between the ignition wires to keep them from grounding.

I was under it with it going wide open. I tried to use the kill switch. Nothing. I was freaking the hell out so I quit thinking.
I pulled the spark plug cap off. Shocked the fuck out of me.
Lying under the bike in silence was bliss. Until it wasn't.

Yeah, we're on fire...

That sucked. Finally put it out, and returned the truck after some redneck fixes.

Had some fun at the line the next week.
