But Grant is F'n awesome announcing this year. Insightful and funny commentary . Just now watching the replays of Highpoint. Life is good.

I'm not quite as enamored with GL as everyone else seems to be. I think Fro would be better without RC or Ralph.

Langston is a good guy and had a great career but he isn't my favorite announcer either, but then again outdoor broadcasts are tougher to pull off then a shorter SX broadcast.

GL is better than Fro in my opinion.

GL seems lost most of the time. Fro knew the riders better and was just better in my opinion. Bring him back please!

It's not a matter of bringing him back. The two series are two different networks and fro had to choose which one he wanted to do and chose supercross (per pulpmx show)

My opinion is that both seem to do a unique job and it's difficult to compare them. My preference is Fro but I think GL is doing a fine job. Neither is bad and if I were DC or whoever is in charge of the broadcast, I'd be more concerned trying to improve other elements of the broadcast. In other words, I think the current commentators represent the sport well.

If you watch world superbike or motogp alot of these "british speakers" (I know GL is South African) get way excited during the broadcast. Seems to compliment Weege good. Fro seemed a oittle dry sometimes, kinda hard not to be when RV was waaay out in front tho Wink

I love how GL's passion for the sport takes the overhand in his commentating. He's both informative and entertaining with a little bit of humor mixed into it.

I hope he stays Smile

I prefer Fro - he takes his analyst role very seriously and will engage all audiences. GL is doing an incredible job – live analysis is extremely challenging and both of these gentlemen are killing it.

Gl needs to say "how's this gonna work out" about 50 times less in the broadcast He says it way too much.

Fro is the man! It sucks not having him. He should broadcast all year SX/MX. Him with the Wedge or RC or MC is a good combo. Even Fro and Ralph! Just need FRO back.
