Hope so. Blake would be my favorite rider along with Mookie. Miss seeing Blake ride. That would be awesome.

Very interesting. He's been out for awhile. Wonder if he still has the speed. Cool if he is coming back though!

According to the vault, it looks like the last time he raced was 250SX East coast in 2014. He finished 16th. 3 years away from the sport is a long time.

He plateaued. Not bashing on the guy, but on his rise to the top, others were faster. At some point, one would throw in the towel and you can't blame anyone in that position. I would prefer to not see him come back as that would allow for someone younger to take a crack at the process.

I pulled his results from the Vault.

2009 250SX East 4th
2010 250SX West 5th
2011 250SX East 5th
2012 250SX East 4th
2013 250SX East 3rd
2014 250SX East 16th

Did he get injured in 2014? He must have gotten injured.

I gotta say that Blake is an extremely talented musician. Its hard to make it in music. Harder than in Supercross. You can be great in music and never get noticed. If you're great in SX you'll get a shot more than likely.

Its tough. I know.

I've liked this dude since I first saw him on "inside the outdoors" in like 2010/11 when he was on Geico Honda 250s, would be sweet to see him make a come back to SX

I hope that is sarcasm. Pretty douchey thing to say.

Blake is a very talented singer and musician. Big fan of the guy - great personality and well-spoken. I hope he comes back to racing and keeps playing music. His latest EP is outstanding.

I wish he had more music online, his one song I can find "crown" is a pretty great song.

If those young guys want a shot....earn it. If they beat Blake consistently , then talk to the team manager and clue him in on how stupid he is.

Thousands of people hear his music weekly worldwide as the closing theme for the Pulp MX show. He writes great songs, sings, performs AND was a factory rider who still rides and teaches worldwide.

I doubt you can say the same. Hoping that what you said was sarcasm but either way came out wrong.

I've always really dug Blake. The dude was ( probably still is ) very fast on a bike , and I'm sure the team didn't just hire him without taking a look at how serious he was about it. I have no idea where he'll be finishing at , but it's nice to see a guy come back on his own terms. His music that I've listened to actually sounded pretty dang good too me. Not sure where the negativity sparks from with him.....he's always been a good kid that was extremely humble and grateful for what he had.

He was always one of our favorite. Great musician and hauls on the bike. He is very well spoken as well and oh yea we love Chris Cornell too. Hope it is true.
