How awesome would that be if he guested on Joe's podcast?! Not sure if that would be something up Albertson's alley or not but I put in a guest recommendation through Rogan's website. I, for one, would love to hear that interview and Rogan is pretty much top of the food chain in podcasts right now.

I love Travis, but that's two dudes trying to out talk each other.

Do you even listen to his podcasts? Travis would be great on the podcast.

Unfortunately Jimmy is of no relevance to the Joe Rogan crowd. Roczen or someone like that would be a better fit but even then we are pretty niche.

His show is almost 3 hours long ,there is no way that Ken could carry a 3 hour conversation to a crowd that doesn't know him . Pastrana could easily fill a 3 hour show with enough content to reach a broad audience.

TP would be better. Rogan occasionaly mentions motocross, but mostly as a comparison to other sports as something that the participants get nothing in the end because they aren't businessmen.

Nobody knows who Jimmy Albertson is. Hell, Dungey was on the cereal box and nobody outside of moto knows who he is.
There is still an RV Posterboard lifesize deal for monster in the grocery right by the checkout line.. Nobody there knows who RV is.

Pastrana, RD or RV. Joe's podcast slips into fitness extremely quick and Ryan Dungey might be the best candidate to talk about body kinesthetics. He might be able to pretend to care about Jiu Jitsu too

He's not high enough on the interest food chain to be on that show. Rogan wouldn't be interested IMO

Not trying to be a dick here, but can you explain to me WHY Jimmy would be so awesome on the show?
I just don't see what's at all interesting about him or his story to understand the purpose of your thread.
( and I really REALLY hope it's not a Ronnie Mac thing......Pinch )

Chad Reed or an honest James Stewart would be amazing....I sure hope that someday James goes on the "Off Camera Show" Can you imagine that interview.

Although I'm sure he'd be decent on there, Pastrana would likely be a way bigger draw and likely have a larger range of stories that most would be interested in hearing.

I'd like to see rogans face if TP told him how many concussions he had or knee surgeries .

As a recent fan of Joe Rogan's podcast, there is literally nothing Jimmy Albertson can contribute. What on Earth would those two talk about for 2 hours? Nothing.

I listen to joe regularly, and In my opinion I don't think there is any rider in motocross that would fit his show very well.

Maybe an aldon baker or swanepol to talk about how gnarly it is and the training side of things.

Edit* I wouldn't mind hearing pastrana but he's more of wild stunt man

I haven't listened to too many of Rogan's podcasts but I think Roczen would be a good guest. Although he would be a good guest on podcast or show.

Aldon Baker would actually be a great guest, especially given the topics Rogan likes to discuss but I think Baker knows too much that he wouldn't be willing to reveal in an open discussion format.

I'd like to say Roger Decoster, but he has zero personality and I'd rather watch paint dry than listen to Decoster talk for more than 15 minutes. The general topic of motocross wouldn't resonate with most of Rogan's listeners, although he does interview a lot of MMA fighters, which is far less interesting to me.

I agree with dirtnapper on this one. I'm a daily listener of the JRE podcast and these interview/sessions go on for 1 1/2 hours minimum. You need to be interesting enough to carry on a somewhat intelligent conversation on any given topic for a length of time. Yes, his show has a wide array of guests, but unless it's a huge name like Pastrana, McGrath or someone really known with an interesting personality, it's highly doubtful. No random MX guy is going to sit across from him that he doesn't know or isn't interested in. In the grand scheme of moto, Jimmy is low on the totem pole.

I think Tomac would be a good fit for his show due to the fitness and hunting interests between the two. Now just if he was more extroverted in the public.

I don't know man, he doesn't even want to talk about what he did during his off week lol

Pastrana would be awesome though.

conversations are what gave Ken the headache

Webb might be a better choice on this one

Agree 110%. Daily listener as well. None of the current moto guys would make it or deserve to be on there. Showtime or 199. That’s it.

Not even close. It wouldn't last 10 minutes. Nobody cares about training and that nonsense.
Every single one of Rogans podcasts get into drug use, both illicit and PEDs of all types in some way shape or form.

Like their podcast where they blew out trainers, coaches, managers, agents, and all the shit wrong with them and manfriends and hanger ons, and entourages for athletes.
Thats what people want to hear.

Thats also why Sage Northcutt is rarely on any shows and everything is short and scripted... He never says anything or answers questions about his dad.
