Bought this KTM SX 150 off of craigs list about 2.5 months ago and ended up with a lot of headaches, rust, and many long stories but the end result I couldn't be happier with. Ill keep it short, I know the attention span in here is short lived for words so heres some pictures.

Wow, looks great.I'm usually not a fan of painted swing arms but it blends in perfect with the black rear fender.

Funny enough me either but the swing arm was so chewed up from the previous owner I wanted to try and hide it... Now I love it

Added to the bike check section also

Those radiators are not good at all! Mine broke off at the brackets that fit the frame (not sure about the spelling).

Wow - looks great.

Like others I'm usually not a fan of black swingarms, but the swingarm and the subframe in-black works really well. KTMs kick a lot of ass.

Rads are mylers, I had originally ordered some crap eBay one but they didn't fit at all so I sent them back. I actually had a customer refer mylers to me about a week prior when we installed some on his wr450. They seem to be good so far, they definitely arnt oem but they fit.

Very nice. Can I ask what you bought it for and how much you have into it? (minus your labor of course)

Absolutely, I picked it up for $3,400 (they were asking 3,800) and I have about $1,500 or so into it. I had a lot of help from some of the brands that are on the bike so its actual cost of parts would probably be around $2,000- $2,500

I pretty much touched every part of this bike in some way, bearings, rebuild kits, carb kit, jets, reeds, pipe, hose kit, radiators, a lot of oem stuff.... the list goes on and on

And labor wise wasn't to bad I had it tore down in one night.
Stripping the frame about 2 hours with a wire brush and thinner, and 1 hour in the blast cabinet
Putting it back together took two nights, first night from 630-2am second night 630-1230 or 1?

Unfortunately no

Plus the flywheel threads were jacked so bad after an hour and a half I just took a mallet to the puller jammed it in then she popped right out

Chipped reed
Jetting way to rich
Seized swing arm bearings
Seized swing arm yes swingarm
Cracked radiator
Bent brake rotors both
Oval stock wheels
Leaking brakes and clutch
Cracked clutch cover
Cracked ignition cover
Steel Clutch plates had burrs
It goes on and on
