Just finished reading the interview with AC on the Racer X website and the question was brought up about being friends with Ken and being Eli's teammate.
AC basically said it's up to them and he's focusing on trying to win and to do the best for himself.
The crux of the matter is that Kawasaki's primary goal is the Championship.
I have a feeling that behind closed doors in the Kawa Semi there will be a different script.
At this point in the season the points race is tight and I can't see Kawa allowing AC to take points off Eli. I think going into SLC and I'm guessing....speculating here that the script will be written in Eli's favour.
Can't wait to see how this plays out. Adam will race Ken but I can see him having to abide to the "Let Eli Bye" deal.
What do you guys think?

Team orders in this scenario?
I would not find it scandalous at all. When 20 or 30 people in a team work for a championship, it is 100% normal when comes crush time that everyone should work for that goal. AC is really smart, he may win a couple mains but he won't ruin Tomac's chances either, nor he will lack of sportmanship by taking Roczen out. It is gonna be clean.
The Shop
In my mind I'm convinced there will be team orders....even with 7 rounds to go.
Ken on the other hand does not have the luxury of a teammate who can gun for a podium. Brayton and Mookie will race the Kawa guys hard but not dirty. Who knows with Vince and his recent string of good starts...he has a reputation....
Pit Row
From the Team manager right up to the Japanese dude behind the big desk will swop them.
Its going to be interesting as someone above mentioned Webb. What ever happens I think we gonna be in for a treat.
Does AC let his best friend by or does he block?
Maybe Webb will cause a first turn pile-up from which ET and KR don't make it back or BOTH DNF, Webb wins 3 races in a row, and it's all a moot Q.
Gonna be interesting, whatever happens.
OK… First I’ll access the secret military spy satellite that’s in a geosynchronous orbit over the Midwest. Then, I’ll ID the Kawasaki team rig and get its approximate position. Then, I’ll reposition the transmitter dish on the remote truck to 17.32 degrees east, hit WESTAR 4 over the Atlantic, bounce the signal down into the Azores, up to COMSAT 6, beam it back to SATCOM 2 transmitter number 137, and down on the dish on team semi… It’s almost too easy!
then we will totally know if there are team tactics.... totally!
He may also need help later in his career.
The weight is on Tomac and I'm almost expecting him to have a real bad race in this first one.
