I've never seen that. Could hack together a longer bolt with washer and nut on the back to hold it together or a new subframe. New subframe isn't super expensive.

I have not had the inserts come out, but have had other problems with those bolts probably due to bent pipes in my case.

Based on my 2013 450 Sxf experience, I’d say that tightening all bolts and screws is a mandatory and lifesaving procedure

sprocket bolts aren't the only ones you need to keep torqued, bro

Not common. There has to be more to this story. Loop out? Something to put serious stress on the sub frame.

Have someone weld the inserts back in. Shit happens with all dirt bikes.

Weld them back in
You realize that the inserts are steel and the subframe is aluminum right?

Our 16 KTM 125 with only 5hrs had loose inserts. I added some red loctite to get by until we sold it.

Could have the holes filled and then drill and tap out the alum.

I question your issues. It seems like every KTM thread you pop in and claim to have had the same issue in under 5 hours....

No logic should silently say this issue was caused from a previous crash..
