MXON Weather

Judging by the last two weeks here in Manchester (about 250mi north of Winchester) its going to be a repeat of 1998.

Maybe its the backlash of the recent Hurricane Iona I dunno, but I ain't looking forward to camping.

you're seriously gonna judge the weather for a day in England, over 2 weeks away, from a place over 250 miles away when the weather is ALWAYS better in the south, than the north

and let's be honest here, the weather for the MXGPs has sucked this year so it's not as if anyone can complain if it also rains in England, in October....

Indo - monsoon
Mexico - rained
Trentino - rained
Valkenswaard - rained
Teutschental - rained
Russia - rained
Loket - rained
Lommel - rained
Switzerland - rained
Uddevalla - rained
USA - rained
Assen - rained

hell, it even rained in the week proceeding Qatar.....

Shouldn't we be more surprised if it doesn't rain in England - in October?

Can the brits still kick a rider out and take Simpson if it's raining?

Simpson is riding terrible at the minute, it won't matter if it's muddy. He got lapped in the sand at Assen where he's usually great.

I'm hopeful that the weather will be decent. As long as it doesn't torrentially rain during the weekend it will be fine. We had a shit ton of rain before the event there in '06 and the track turned out perfect

It rained very heavily before the gp in 15 I think it was and everything coped well they just put a load of wood chip down everywhere

Not too worried about rain, it's just been hammering it down here 2 mins ago it's glorious sunshine now! Really wouldn't threat too much not like we arnt used to it anyhow!
