Are you a little unhappy with the move that he put on you there?
Yeah, for sure. I feel like it’s been two weekends in a row. He’s racing hard, which is understandable, but also I’m mad at him because we know each other. It’s a bummer to make somebody crash like that. It’s not like he’s racing me for the championship right now.

Were there any words exchanged from the last time? You guys kind of got together last week, right?
No. Last week, yeah, it could have been a little dirty, but everything was fine and he got me. But I feel like today he got a little hot. Next time it’ll be my turn.

The last sentence makes me think that this could heat up. JA needs to be careful. Marv is essentially out of contention for the title but he could still have a big impact on JA's title chase.

Marvin needs to stop crying and race. If he does not want to be block passed he should stop leaving the door open.

Marv says "he's not racing me for a championship right now", yeah but you were in the way to get to the front and maybe you should have checked up a bit since you are not in the championship right now.

That being said, I hope Marv cleans him out next weekend lol

Bad move on JA’s part for the championship hunt in that now he’s got a guy pissed at him and wanting to get him back.
Thought this is what he was trying to avoid doing this year.
Maybe he just thinks MM is too soft to retaliate though. Who knows.

If Marvin goes for the take out, I predict that he completely fooks it up, or they both go down. He won't ride off leaving Anderson laying on the ground.

Or, more likely, too much of a company/team guy to retaliate.

Remember the role he took last season in SX, when at times he was the fastest guy on the track.

I believe MM is too professional to retaliate on the track. They are after all sister companies and training partners.
I think parent company might have a talk with JA about being so aggressive on a "team mate". While KTM wants
the #1 plate be it with KTM or Husky, they also want as many top slots filled with their product also.

KTM brass will put this fire out before the next round. Marvin will fall in line just like he did in NJ last year. Actually he fell "out of line" at NJ last year Smile

Not sure how well the Austrian brass would take it if Marc screwed up Anderson and handed the title to Honda. I’m thinking the higher ups would rather a Husky or KTM win the title. But that’s just me thinking.

Blablabla. I like Marvin but that is just bitching for nothing. He made the exact same move few minutes later on Seely. Only difference is that Seely was able to react properly, using the brake and then accelerate to pass Marvin back...

How hard does he need to close it? I'd say that Jason's line was a fair amount more aggressive than average for the top guys in the 450 SX class.

I get Marv's point, but I also see the results from Saturday night.

Marv needs to let his riding do the talking. Pick the right moment later in the season and zap Jason after he thinks it is water under the bridge. In the mean time act like everything is just peachy.

For real, Jason sent it in there like he meant something by it. Regardless, Marvin should be starting up front and leading early laps, going for wins, not putting himself in the position to be Hombre'd. The fault kind of spreads on this one.

Big El hombre fan, but...
You gotta keep it clean on a championship run. Marv is way back in the points, he has zero to lose. Anderson is leading the points, he has everything to lose.

These are pro racers, Marv Will even the score. Marv could "even up" in practice, or he might do it in a 450 main, costing Anderson points, and potentially the championship.

You gotta be fast AND smart to take the championship home. Mc, Rc, rv, Rd, they were all fast, plus they were all smart and had outstanding race craft. Is Anderson gonna learn a hard lesson? I think so. There is a reason he hasn't already won a bunch of titles, and that reason isn't his blazing speed...

Anderson was faster and being delayed.
Nothing to see here.
This.

I think Ando just lost control a bit while being fully commited in the whoops. He caught Musquin more quickly than expected, saw the opening, choose in a milli second to try to make the pass although it could be sketchy. It worked and he won. I don't think it was a blatant take out from anger, just a lil racing incident while trying to move forward quickly.

Hey Steve, you sound butthurt he did not want to talk to the “media”. Eat a cheeseburger and take a number if you want to talk to El Hombre.
