I was a bit of a fat-f#$k due to poor eating habits and lack of exercise.
I went from my normal wt of 180 lbs to 220 lbs.
Happy to say I revised my diet, started hammering on the mountain bike and I'm now back down to 180-ish.
Carved off 30 lbs and never felt better at 55 yrs.
Now off my doctor's sh%t list.
Might want to get on a fitness program before it's too late.

I think it is great that Steve is riding again!!! Riding is some of the best exercise you can get and Steve knows this. Because Steve is so well known, very popular, star of the Pulp MX show, and a ex super star factory mechanic. It is not easy for him to even go out in public without being mobbed by huge crowds of his fans. That is a lot of pressure for one man to have to deal with. He was Timmy Ferry's Factory Mechanic at Yamaha!!! He is a legend and is still looked up to by all of the factory mechanics and factory riders. He is also Timmy Ferry's man friend and has been for years and will be forever, stamp it. Plus Timmy and Steve won Summer Cross together beating McGrath straight up. Timmy Ferry would have never won if it was not for having Steve a 4 time Manitoba Champion himself wrenching and fine tuning his bike on that glorious day. Steve should be hitting up some private tracks of the stars and just ride as only he can. It will be tough to keep all the cameras and fans away. Steve knows this will be a major problem, but he has handled stardom for years now. Who cares if he is fast or slow, he will always have that fluid Manitoba Champion style of riding, as he is a natural on a motocross bike. At least he is riding instead of typing, his fingers could easily do 45 + 2 laps with all the typing he does for his fans. Plus he knows Timmy Ferry would love to have his man friend (BFF) come down to Florida. Steve could live with Timmy Ferry and ride and train at Timmy Ferry's first class facility. Who knows maybe Steve and Timmy could do one lap together for all of their fans during the opening ceremonies for the entire 2018 Supercross season while Van Halen with Sammy Haggar of course is blasting WFO from the stadium speakers. The place would go nuts. Keep on riding and rocking Mr. Pulp MX, you sir are a Star!!!
