Impressed with this kid! I know nothing about him other than he recently turned pro, and that says something, he hasn't been spoken of much. BUT....watching him ride (and the way he raced forward) in the 250 main brought me back to how i felt when I saw Fonseca, and many years later, Dungey, then Plessinger last year. Guys that came in and surprised...Well I think this guy is for real.

What are your thoughts?

He’s been racing professionally in the 250s for a few years now.

Always been a Oldenburg fan but I was hoping for better than 6th for him. He had a couple podiums last year before getting hurt. Solid start though.

Looking for him to get back on the box soon!

I think it was 2013 or so he turned pro OP...

I believe his family still does own it. Much like Andrew Short this guy wasn't an amateur standout. He wasn't on anyone's radar and rode his ass off to get a fill-in ride, then held on to it by getting results. He is finally shaking off the hard crashes that plagued his attempt to pick up the speed. I'm definitely a fan.
