Hi what are the most comfortable mx boots with best shifter feel?? I'm old school and have wore leather Alpinestar or Fox leather boots for 30 years..I have put off changing to plastic boots primarily because ones I tried I couldn't feel shifter and brake like I've always been accustomed too.
I'm less worried about protection as I'm no longer jumping tall buildings....yea right...just comfort and feel.
Thanks

I left mine at home a month ago and bummed a buddies Tech10's, and was shocked how much I enjoyed putting my Fox's back on.
The Shop
My price is not as important,,,I where stuff for decades so I get my moneys worth...I've seen some cheaper ATV boots that interested me cause they looked like they used more leather...but they cut into my ankle so they came off quick.
Sidi Crossfires
I have size 12EE & the Sidi Crossfire are great boot ,but way to narrow for my Big feet!
If have you have narrow feet you have 2 options, If you a dang big foot it's the SG12's.
Both are Great long lasting boots! whit great protection.
Fox instinct
Go to your nearest dealer and try on all the different boots, each brand fits totally different. So it helps to try them on and find he one that best fits you. The tech 10's need a few rides to break in but both the tech 7's and fox instincts are like putting on a slipper right out of the box (compared to some of the other brands)

Which will depend on your feet...narrow feet=Sidi, wide feet = SG-12's.
I run them with the Leatt C frame knee braces.. can't even feel I'm wearing them.
