New to FMF 4.1 Full System

So I just got a full Ti FMF 4.1 system (Megabomb header). I don't run race fuel, just non-ethanol pump. Would I need to get my ECU remapped? I also plan on cutting some holes in my side panel in front of my air box. I ride a Husky FC450.

If you have receipt. Send it back. Or use it or sell it. And invest in a header heatshield for Fmf.

Is that because the bigger portion of the pipe can hit my boot? I was wondering about that just by looking at the pipe.
