Does anyone here have an in at Ogio? I ordered a couple bags three weeks ago. Received 1, no word on the other. I called them after a couple of weeks, they apologized and said I would be shipped one overnight. Few days later and still nothing. No emails or calls explaining whats going on. Any insiders? Not looking for a discount, just the bag I paid for three weeks ago.

Keep calling them and ask for someone who can hook you up since youre having trouble. I order my polos for work from them and never have had issues. Sounds like a one off goof they should compensate you for. Maybe youll get a free shirt or hat or something for your troubles.
