I have a private motocross compound for sale. The property is 225 acres with custom built 3 bed 4.5 bathroom home and all equipment needed to keep property in shape, The land is mainly all pasture and is fenced and cross fenced. The stocked spring feed ponds that never go dry as well as creeks on the property as well. The motocross track was professionally built. Of course tracks can be added where you wish. The land has elevation change as well as flat areas too. The dirt is sand/ red clay and black top soil. We are only 3.5 miles to the town of abbeville and only 4 miles to some of the best mountain bike trails the state has. No expense spared here. Anderson, SC is 40 minutes away and Augusta, GA is 1 hour 20 minutes (per Google maps)

Meanwhile, I live in a track home in California that is ridiculously overpriced. I have the biggest lot on my block at 1/4 acre, which half of it is the hill behind my house.

Beautiful place, I would love to wake up to that every morning ! Being far away from all my family who live in California, would be the biggest drawback.

Oh man, I love this. Been looking for something similar here in GA but my job requires me to work downtown Atlanta, but finding something that isn't a killer commute is impossible.

Won't housing prices decline when the "Death Boom" kicks off around 2025 and Boomers start retiring and dropping like flies? The "Death Boom" should start roughly 70 years after the baby boom.
