Pastrana replica helmet.

Edited Date/Time 10/5/2017 10:04am
Been a minute since I seen this helmet. Saw it on offer up and picked it up today! I remember as a kid seeing this helmet and it stood out to me! Might keep it or might sell it. If you want it pm an offer and I might consider it.

I have that helmet, this photo was back in '03 full Pastrana experience with the handguards and suzuki! Still wear it occasionally when ripping the pit bike around the yard

When I was a kid I begged my parents to get me that helmet. Never got it but it's probably one of the coolest helmets. I was a big Pastrana fan and wanted anything he had. If they did a remake I'd be first in line to buy it.

I was also a huge pastrana fan! I really thought the spirals on the back were killer!

Favorite scheme ever. I always thought it matched his crazy personality on and off the bike.

It was a very iconic helmet when I was growing up. I thought of the idea to re-create it with KC designs but looking back at it now its very dated/blah looking.

Did you just purchase this and are trying to make a quick buck or have you had it for a while? In your for sale/bazaar post you say you're cleaning out an old collection but here you're saying "saw it on offer up and picked it up today." Not trying to be a dick, I'm just kind of confused I suppose.

Never said "old" collection, but I got the helmet with the intentions of just keeping it but I really don't have that much room to put anymore things (as you can see from the pics). Would just like to see it go to someone who could display it properly. I'm 50/50 on getting rid of it.

I messaged you about the helmet. I'm not sure if it sent. Very interested in purchasing if your willing to let it go.

Thanks

I was always partial to this version. It still holds up! Bonus MD sticker shot included.

I had that helmet also, wish my garage fire hadn't burnt it up.

Sometimes the old gear holds up, my son was going through some containers in the basement and pulled out an old set of JT MX gloves of mine from the early '90s (91 or 92). I wore them both on the dirt bike and downhill mountain biking. He brought them up asking if they were mine, after telling him yes he stated they were so cool. They do still look sharp, and it is hard to find gloves with that kind of design. So many are just going plain now-a-days.

As the gloves are still in good condition he asked if he could wear them, he could not wait for his friends to see them.

I kinda miss the style of the old JT and AXO gear.
