Pit Party tickets

So I finally get over to the USA to be at Vegas for the final round. Bought my tickets months ago over the phone direct from UNLV tickets. Guys talks me into buying pit party tickets for wife and son and myself at $20 USD each. Now I find out I could have just shown up with three empty fucking Monster Energy cans!!!!! What kind of bullshit is this. Is this a regular thing? Sent UNLV an email demanding a refund. No reply as I suspected. C.. Ts

Last year when i went to indy i didnt know you could get in free with a can. Was kindof bummed but didnt even know till months later.
