Such a bummer......

First met trent while racing in the early 90s at perris raceway, he'd show up in the mini van and rock the hot pink gear like no other.............

He went on the wrench for Billy Payne through Am ranks and then worked for PC and YOT SX/MX teams.

He will be missed.

Yeah Jordan Burns (Strung Out) texted me and told me about this sad news, Jordan and Trent use to be roomies, he's pretty devasted also, but yes he was unclear on what all went down, none of our business regardless and very sad in deed !

There's nothing wrong about asking what happened, it's human nature to want to know what happened.

if it was nobody's buisness why is it posted on a message board.

Stellar first post. Hopefully you back it up with something better.

I think we can all agree that he left too soon.

Sorry to hear of someone so young passing away. Along with the others, I am also curious to hear of how he passed at such a young age.

Godspeed Trent.

URGENT POST!!!!!!! OPEN INVITE IS NOT THE CASE FOR THE PAYNE'S, sorry.....

Hey you guys- TERESA VARIS here......I need to 'edit' the Abbott post: We love that there are so many people thinking about Trent and missing him, but realistically we simply can't have people just show up at the Payne's without rsvp. We put out the word and waited for call backs, now have a head count for food and we have to leave it at that (people who already let us know they were coming). Please be respectful of this and maybe we can plan another gathering. You guys can leave posts on here and I will check back about that idea.

"...unless a kernal of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies it produces many seeds." John 12:24

Praying that Trent's death is the very start of life for others who suffer through the same batttles in life.

John 3:16

We love you guys, and have everyone in our prayers- Tee and Shell (Payne)

Hello all,

My name is Stephanie and Trent was my cousin and my partner in crime (during our younger years). He was so full of life and always had a way to make me smile. I was so proud of him for all of his accomplishments in life and for striving to make his dreams come true even when the odds were stacked against him.

The last few years, as most of you know, were very hard on Trent and our family, and I spent most of that time being angry at him for his choices. I am here to say, reach out and tell that someone special that you love them as many times as you can because the day may come when you can't tell them just how much you care.

Anyway, I just want to say thank you to everyone for your heartfelt condolences. It feels really good knowing that so many people cared about Trent as we did. He will be greatly missed by us all.

Trent worked for me at P.C. for the 04 and 05 seasons. We had a great time and I have a ton of great stories to tell because of it. You can watch Trent on T.G.O in 05'. Some of you may remember him from that...

His Mom is the sweetest lady on earth. She took care of me at the hospital in Yorba Linda when I got hurt so bad after G.H. in 05'. I feel so bad for Mrs. Jewel.

Really sad to here that. Trent crashed on my couch a couple of times while in town for the Houston SX when he used to wrench for Doug Parsons. I still wear the Moto XXX jacket he left at my house 7 or 8 years ago . I was so glad to see him move up the ranks of mechanics and get with a good team. My prayers to his family, he was a great guy.

Just thought I would let everyone know that the autopsy for Trent says he died of natural causes and there were NO drugs found in his system.

I set up a memorial page for him on myspace, so please come and check it out. Just enter Trent Bragg in the friend finder and it should come up. We would love to hear about your memories of him, so please leave a comment on his page!

Thanks to all for your kind words and prayers.
