Red bull app unwatchable

Watching replay on nvidia shield red bull app and keeps freezing then cutting off. Have a direct connection to att gigabit but acting like it's running 20 year old internet. Is it the red bull app or my internet? Can't imagine it being my internet.
I can't even watch. Plays in crap quality for about 20 seconds then cuts off.
Anyone else having issues?

I had a good, clear picture and connection on my Surface Book, cast to my 4K TV. Then I remembered that my TV had Roku and switched to the Red Bull TV channel on that and it was not good at all. Switched back to casting from the computer after giving it about 5 minutes to see if it would improve.

Just tried to watch the replay on redbull.tv and its giving me an error "cannot load M3U8: crossdomain access denied" and won't even load

Anyone else getting that or know what it means?

First off I tried to watch the live steam via vitals homepage. Didn't work well.
Went to Redbull TV and had the same problems.
I then went to YouTube, and that was the best out of the three. I watched the whole show via YouTube.

Worked on my apple tv, and firestick. The firestick was better than apple tv.

I'm getting a message on the app saying video can't be played right now but everything else on RBTV is fine and looks great. must be an issue with the video. Last night my stream was flawless, high def quality.

I have a Samsung smart TV and had absolutely no issues with it. There was an app already on the TV and I streamed it from there.

Downloaded the Red Bull app to my AppleTV. Watched most heats last night with no issues. Going to finish watching the final rounds this morning. Comcast - 20meg down (using wifi).
