Bogle has 1 Moto win on a 450, & lucked into that one. I like Bogle just don't really see much wins comming his way.

Hang in there. His ride in Colorado was legit. IMO there are more to come.

"Lucked"? He pretty much mopped everyone in that moto. Looked like it anyways. I agree though with Forty....Bogle has potential.

Okay so, I'll agree he's done at Yamaha.

Where's he going to get an SX only deal?

Edit: If he doesnt want to retire.

Jbone said it well, if Reed goes to JGR and does good then it will be good marketing for the team, but he he does lame it will further push JGR behind the other teams.
Reed is a massive gamble, but the payoff can be big.
Reed could sign now and try to help get Webb over to JGR Suzuki, those big 2019 deals being done around March 2018.

I dont think Reed is worth the money, the headache or the gamble. They would be better off getting Bogle - less expensive and will get better results.

Listening to JT and Matthes, sounds like Reeds deal is going to be a surprise to most people. They didn't really say too much, but sounded like he is doing his own thing??

True. But aren't a lot of riders like that? They sign on a new team & rave about how great the bike is, and how well they and the team get along. Then, when the results aren't what the rider or team were expecting...those same riders point to the bike & the team as the things holding them back.

I'd like to see Reedy back on a Suzuki.

I am meaning a person can also thank the people they work with without leaving, and he just seems to always typically leave shit open to interpretation.

I get it....he's probably done with Yamaha and possibly without a deal and or retired.
problem is, according to Reed himself, he has more in him. regardless of what anyone thinks about him, I have to respect Reed, his belief in himself, and the fact that he still feels the fire after all these years of competing...just my $.02

Correct...association with JGR possibly but out of his own truck and on his own terms? Hmmm

I say 2018 is not Reeds last year. He's going to pull off a 2 or 3 year deal somewhere, it probably won't pay much but he'll be able to quit when he decides it's time.

I still say he'll be on a KTM.

Dunno where, but I think it's the bike that suits him best and he knows it.

Reed is a bad ass. What's up with all this weird talk of his own truck or team, didn't he learn his lesson doing that already? I find it hard to believe he would try it again.

Exactly ^^^ I have been around some Pro's who ride another pro bike during week and it plays with their head as the things it does better than theirs. Of course they are going to say the bike is good at the start , they just got signed and trying to stay positive about the whole deal.. What are they supposed to say ? "Yeah I don't really like the bike but glad I got signed"...

When they see no hope in it they give up on it..

Reed I pray goes to Suzuki !!!

Big fan of both Reed an Stewart, but I'd rather have a rider be cryptic about what he's doing and keeping it exciting instead of saying nothing at all like Stewart is doing. He hasn't posted anything dirtbike related since January, while Reedy keeps us posted a lot, just keeps us guessing.
