Matt Walker was asking people on Facebook if anyone had a nice KX250 for a "good friend" to ride for opening ceremonies at ATL-2.

Sweet, if anyone will do it it's the Aussie! I hope he does, that would be awesome.

If Reed came out during the Ceremonies and Revved the hell out of a smoker the half the fans would lose their minds!! Me included!
The other half would show complete confusion and look around for the chainsaw.
I wonder if that would piss Kawi off. I partly think not but I also think it could.
Reed borrowing one of JS7's bike's and riding it out just the way he gets it with the "7" still on it...................Crowd explosion!
Or how bout Jame's 125 number 259?
Needs this thing!
Wonder if RV would let him do it haha... Was a full factory bike built up from left over parts from JS's bike...
Believe JS described it as the scariest motor he'd ever ridden.

Not sure if his page is private or not but Cameron Stone with a pic of a kx smoker saying headed to ATL to get it ready to ride. He also says it will be on track "tonight".......curious
Honestly, who cares? You're going to hear a two stroke for all of 45 seconds in opening ceremonies - it's not like you can't go listen to one any day out at the track because they're all locked up in museums.
Some of you guys get worked up over some silly stuff.
I should take one of my air cooled twin shock '74-'82 Husqvarnas for Anderson and one of my '74-'84 Penton/KTMs for Dungey to ride. I've also got a '79 CR250R for Canard or Seely and a '78 YZ125 for Martin. Too bad I have to work and cant go.
Let's see...RV starting his GP campaign, or Chad rolling around on a two-stoke during opening ceremonies.
Advantage, RV.
They'd better add extra security for the hordes of fans rushing to the edge of the track trying to get a whiff of the magic scent.

No kidding, I would break some laws to watch that race
Man I would almost like Chad if he did this.
If I were a betting man I would put him down for another win this weekend. Dude is starting to feel it which is dangerous for the young guys.

His comment about Ricky winning a lot and him only a little is pretty awesome. I'm a fan of Reed.
Between the voice of God screaming, the video playing, and all of the other noise in the stadium, will anyone even be able to hear the 2 stroke?
Lol at the guy that wants to put Anderson on an air-cooled twin-shock 70's era Husky.
Anderson went to Sweden to the Husky museum and knows the history of the brand which goes back to 1904 with motorcycles. I bet if I brought one he would ride it in opening ceremonies, but maybe not.
Hmmmm.... looks like we got a few little girls getting bent out of shape over nothing here.
I posted this thread because I knew some guys would find it interesting. I am Reed fan and I like 2-strokes, so yes I find it interesting as well, but I am not holding my breath or freaking out over the possibilities...

Probably not gonna happen, but there's always a tiny chance right?:

...on a scale of legend to legend, how legend would it be?
Also, this tweet is funny:
