Honestly, who cares? You're going to hear a two stroke for all of 45 seconds in opening ceremonies - it's not like you can't go listen to one any day out at the track because they're all locked up in museums.

Some of you guys get worked up over some silly stuff.

He knows there are guys out there with some bikes that are well built and good to go. You think he's going to take his chances and put money into a CL find? LOL...
I think the suggestion was to pick up a bike a make it look all "TwoTwo." I understand the sentiment of "millionaires don't stay millionaires by spending money on stupid things," but my guess is that Reed has picked up bar tabs that were more expensive than a fresh KX250.

For the most part, rider intros usually involve guys riding around the perimeter of the track.

Never faster? You honestly don't think he was faster in '08 and '09?

A lot different when you're running your own team. You really think he's dropping money into frivoulous things? Great thing about being a millionare is that you have a lot of "friends" that will hook you up with free stuff! Isn't it great how the world works?

He was definitely more stylish on the 2-stroke... Faster? No.

It isn't really a fair comparison either. He could've been faster on a 2-stroke in 08 and 09 for all we know. You'd think a rider in his prime would generally get faster regardless... Bike to bike though with no advances in the 2-stroke tech, he would still likely be faster on the 450.

Yeah, kind of went around with that one, but perhaps you get my point... lol

How about CR, RC, Windam, JS7(just for fun), and LaRocco doing a 2-stroke hot lap with a nice transfer to wrap it up?
Kick in some retro gear for each of them. That would be cool!

What are you talking about? Two strokes clearly aren't dead - Reed is riding one around the stadium floor for a minute! This changes everything!

Ha, there it is! Anyone who grew up on 2 strokes should at least crack a smile when they see that thing cruising around the stadium!

Hey, it is retro night! Perfect time to do something like this. Would be really cool if he was able to hit a qualifying session with it and see how it stacks up.

Cool for Chad Reed.

Two strokes are to the four stroke fascists like the weeds in your lawn that you keep trying to kill off. You say "they are gone now" and next month they are back again.

Must drive the pro 4 stroke fascists nuts! I feel sorry for them................well maybe not.

Like mentioned early, half the people are going to be screaming and going nuts for the 1 minute he is riding that thing around. I wish I was going to be there tomorrow night.

Relative to his competition? Hell ya. In san diego they almost lapped 3rd place. Remember?
