I was kinda hoping he would have done a Larry Ward when the loop came back out on to the start straight.

His qualifying wasn't half bad either, within 0.3sec of a few factory riders. Can't imagine he was pushing it either.
His fitness is obviously not there, but the speed's starting to come back as his ribs heal, which is good to see.
13th from last is a descent effort and if they didn't tame the whoops, he would of made it up further.

Hopefully the remainder of the season is fun for him and us watching the farewell tour.

Actually, he's been looking better the last couple of rounds. He got off the gate 18th this week, and moved up five spots to 13th by the finish.

I don't think I'm dreaming when I say I see him in the top-10 before the end of the season.

Check out the qualifying times from Daytona Knob.
But if you think Barcia and Brayton are slow, then fair enough.

The thing that made those guys so great is their ability to figure out how to be the best..
No computers telling you when to shift
No litpro telling you what lines to take
No mapping to get a good start
It was all pure talent..

The guy that got 13th in the 450 main isnt speedy? Hmmmmmm..Ok. This must be Eli's burner account to make that claim.

I know he's still pretty fast. I just give him a bad time because of his ego, mouth, and attitude. Just stirring the pot a little. Evil

Eli or Ellie? Either way, I'm not seeing your logic here.

I'm glad I got to witness one last Reed holeshot in the only SX I attended this year. The crowd went nuts too.
