Roczen isn't wrong here. The thing with strength and conditioning in the moto industry is that not only are there not very many trainers in general, there are even less good ones. I don't think that Aldon's program is bad by any means. Hell you can't argue with the results. But, I think he is a very large fish in a very small pond with regards to competition as a strength and conditioning coach.

I noticed his excuses back when he was getting beat by Eli on 250's. Feeling sick or bike setup has been a go to excuse for years now. I'd never say I disliked him, but his cockiness this offseason makes it very easy to root against him in '17.

I'm obviously a fan of Roczen -- see picture. That said, he speaks his mind and doesn't live in a box fearful of the mob (fans who jump the shit of any rider whose actions they disagree with). I love his candor -- he shares is truth. There is only a few other riders - Reed and Webb. Stew is on the verge of becoming Howard Hughes with all the shit and hate he went through with fans. These same folks would hate on RJ and Hannah too! I don't have to agree to be a fan. Stay on the gas KROC. Fuck the haters!

I'm one of those people who pays attention to how I bash people (haha) and I see a difference between saying "you're a conceited prick" and "you sound like a conceited prick". In Pings defense, he said the latter. That suggests that in this isolated instance you're being a prick, not that your'e a prick your entire life.

Universal rant: People need to realize whoever is in the spotlight will get positive or negative comments on everything they open their mouth about. It's ok to comment on one way or the other, the world won't blow up.
