Cole Seely racing RC??
Last year at Geneva, RC was more of an ambassador/emcee. He also raced Josh Hill in a four-stroke vs. electric demo each night. I'd expect that he'll fill the same type of role here.

Wow...I don't remember any of our SX "top dogs" going to the Euro SX races. I knew they had been getting pretty popular but to get Anderson, Musquin, etc....somebody is throwing money around. I like it. Or maybe I never paid attention.

It seems we always have/never stopped. I'm going with you never paid attention, because that is pretty much where I am. I think in the 90's those races got more attention than they do now?? I am not of much help though, as I don't watch much of anything SX now days.

The heavy hitters have been going to Bercy/Paris since the 80s. RJ, Stanton, JMB, MC, RC, James, Barcia, Eli...The only two I don't ever remember seeing on the roster were RV and Dungey. Doesn't mean they never went, I just don't recall seeing them on the list.

In the late eighties early nineties, a lot of the top American riders came to england.
Rick Johnson, Jonny o'mara , jeff ward, Larry ward, David pingree, broc glover.
Jermery McGrath debuted his Yamaha ride in Sheffield in 97! Damon Bradshaw rode a honda that evening.
Also back then the GP riders used to ride Davey stribos, pedtro tragter etc.

A shame that Paris and Barcelona are the same weekend. You'd think maybe they could spread these events out and attract more riders to each event.
