Just measured my sag. My rider sag is at 108mm and my static is at 57. I hear 105mm is right where you want it. Should I adjust it to 105mm or is the 3mm difference not even noticable? And by getting my rider sag 3mm less will my static also sag 3mm less or even more less?

Its not really a hard process so I don’t see why you wouldn’t correct it

What do you weigh? Free sag is a lot.

I generally ran 106mm on my 2014 KX250F and loved the way that bike felt. Forks at first line, 5mm. That bike, and all my KX-Fs for that matter I have set up low in the rear and loved how they handle. My new YZ250F....not as much. Still searching for the best balance on this one. But as stated above, you will notice small changes in adjustment, it’s worth a practice day making some changes and testing them out to see what makes you most comfortable.

Sounds like you need a lighter spring with that much static sag. Adjust it and see how you like it. Also adjust it to suit the terrain (e.g. sand = more sag).
