Petco park has to be the most underrated stadium in the country. It's an absolute marvel of a place.

...It is a great stadium- but the logistics/location of the racing paddock can suck it.
I put 15+miles on the old dogs on Saturday alone.

We walked around the Midway on Saturday morning as well. I was really impressed with what they allowed you to do. The pits and stadium are a pain in the ass. We had some friends who rented the ultimate skybox for the races and watched from up there. It was really neat being that high because you could see how the lines were going to form.

I was bummed because Feld didn’t seem to do nearly as much military appreciation as in years past. There’s usually military personel lining the perimeter of the track during opening ceremonies and there was none of that this year
