McGrath says no, and he's a 47 time champion. But I say yes. I ride better when I'm relaxed. I'm a three time lake Elsinore Grand Prix champion. So looks like it's a draw.

Never thought about the pre race sex but I can say for certain...when I got home from a 2/3 hour hare scramble, I was hornier than a 3 peckered Billy goat..somebody was getting fucked. Luckily, my wife of 40 years is pretty accommodating. Which is amazing cause I'm far uglier than I was a decade or two ago.

I raced a little pro downhill and my girlfriend at the time wanted to the night before race weekend. I told her that I had to get to bed instead due to race day coming up. That did NOT go over well, don't ever say that! Just do the secks and live on.
