I know there is a few threads about this but they are a couple of years old now.
I love seeing peoples private tracks, proffesionally built or amateur doesent matter.
I am in the progress of building my own track now that will be finnished this summer (i have 1.5 meter of snow now here in sweden) and it would be nice with some inspiration from others.

I sure hope you realise how lucky you are!, and bloody good for you!, enjoy it guys.....how I wish.
It's all in how bad you want it and it doesn't have to cost loads of cash if you are willing to get your hands dirty and spend some (a lot) time to work it.
There is so much hand work to get a track like this it is crazy and if i had to do it again knowing what i know now i would have never started it. Sometimes it pays to be stupid i guess.
You don't have to own major heavy equipment either i built this entire track with this 2004 New Holland TC 30 30 HP tractor with a front loader attachment.
Of course it took me a full year to lay it out and cut it then i bought a small dozer and spent another year widening it as it was only about 12 ft wide and de-rocking the full 1.2 miles.
Hired a pro track builder to come out and build all the jumps so they would be safe but challenging and started throwing down laps.
I guess i wanted it pretty bad i'm 60...Brrapp

The track will be around 1 kilometer long and 4.5 meters wide, guessing laptimes around one and a half minute mark.
My track will be a mx track with some basic SX sections thrown in.
Take your time and enjoy the build it's a fantastic journey that will try your passion more than once but press on it's worth it.
Post pics of the build as you put it together.

Its all clay based material, i have a river that runs a bit from my house so all the land in the area is old sea bottom with zero rocks in it.
Here is a rough scetch over how the track will be drawn on my property.
The pictures i posted earlier is from the bottom left corner om this picture where the track will run trough the forest.

Oh i wish.
Good you have no rocks i had nothing but rocks except for a few places.
I ripped it a foot deep to remove rocks down that deep then i rip it about 8 inches for riding.

Pretty old ones of the CA track. Haven't taken any at the new Oregon track. I will this Spring after we repair from the winter rains. Hopefully that's before late May, unlike last year. Last year sucked.

My dozer has been broke for the past year finally got it fixed and now the tractor is down...usual can't seem to have em both running at the same time.
Got the dozer fixed 1st of Dec and while it's worthless at prepping i have started on the reservoir so i can some day install a watering system.
Getting the area bowled out and building a massive dam at the low end hope to have it done and ready for rain and snow to start filling up soon.
Here's a vid from my first visit.
