Didn't mean to one up you!

Luckily I stay on the 5 so no 405 for me, but it still took me an hour to go 20 miles with a carpool buddy...

Holy shit!! I saw this as my first pic of the launch....and I kid you not , I was like " They flew the fucking Falcon!!?? .....WTF??? "

Still though....very cool real pics. But my Gawd , the Falcon seriously made my heart skip a beat haha.

You can see the first stage separate and the firing of the directional thrusters, then you see the payload fairings pop off. They were supposed to try and recover the fairings on this trip but haven't heard if they were able to do that.

When I was a kid I watched guys walk on the moon. Hope I get to see it again before my card is punched. I doubt I'll be around to see anyone walk on Mars although Elon has an aggressive time line for that.
