Look we all know the field is not stacked at all this year but imagine if everybody came back from injury, the sx only guys, and 250 guys were all to be ready to race a1 the field would be pretty stacked
Et, Marv, Anderson, Kroc, Barcia, Bagget, Craig, Webb, Seely, Reed, Bowers, Brayton, Friese, Bloss, Phil, Hill, Wilson, Osbourne, Savatgy, Peick, Malcom Stewart, Cunningham, and Weimer all battling for a spot in the main that's a stacked field in my opinion

The first 4 names you mentioned are a step above the rest. And within that 4 eli and marv are even higher. This isnt a 2011 or 2012 list of riders. I dont think the top 3 changes with the addition of the 5th name and beyond you listed.

Even if they are all there, Marv or Tomac start in the top 10 they win the moto. Maybe even top 20.

Tomac, Musquin and Anderson are so far ahead of everyone else that I don't understand how we can say this field is stacked. Barcia and Roczen are a step ahead of everyone else as well but aren't quite to the level of the other 3 at the moment.

There are a lot of fast riders but it’s a tiered field just like was previously said.

Tier 1. Eli, Marv, Ando

Think about how many 450 guys won a 250 title or races but can’t get it done in 450 class, it’s about the rest of the field
