And they should let Gary Bailey design the course again. Bring back the buried telephone poles and the infield section to lengthen the track. And no clay. Sand is a fine racing surface.

Daytona has always been 20 laps. Whether it was 1:40 per lap, or 1:10 per lap. Always twenty laps.

This year, at 1:12 per lap, it will be 16.66 (17 laps) plus one for a total of 18.

Yes it would be great if it was longer,but it is what is,So my suggestion is to just enjoy a day at the track watching the best SX riders in the world race a shorter than we would like race.
Who ever holeshots will be happy it's a bit shorter.Woohoo
