TC 50 Husqvarna (2017) overheated in a hair scramble. The bike was smoking and shut off, I could get it to restart. Now it’s making this noise when I kick it. Any ideas? Thank you!https://youtu.be/S6L1z4woNHM
Sounds like it has compression, so check that anyway. Any less than about 80 or 90 nothing wants to start. Maybe pull the pipe and see what the piston and rings look like.
Maybe the timing got off causing the overheat? Is the stator tight?
Do you have spark? It sounds dead, (That Pop in the video makes me think electrical). A 2 stroke only needs gas, air, spark, and compression to run.
And pull the carb and look and see if the reeds are all still there. I lost a single petal once and the damn thing ran pretty damn good, but wouldn't ever start with the petal gone.
Do the easy stuff first. Plug/spark etc.
Oh, and hair doesn't taste all that great.

Either way if that bike is anywhere near the 100 hour mark it's time to tear it down. Bearings, seals, crank bearings, water pump gear and impeller, clutch, etc...
