Props to that cat, big balls for sure. Kinda makes you wonder about the whole professional "my pussy hurts today, I cant ride" mentality.

You must have Xray vision, because all the controls are on the left side...Throttle, Clutch and Front brake.

I wonder how that works, because I doubt there is any way to use the brake and the clutch at the same time with the same hand. Maybe he has one of those Rekluse automatic clutches or something.

Either way...very cool

I remember that guy, seems like he was a front to mid packer in the fast amatuer class. I wonder what happened to him.
We're having a quad race at VC this weekend, I guess I'll ask around.

So, you get out to Village much?

Cody and Justin are still fast.

We're having a TORN race pretty soon, you should check it out. I don't know if you've heard, but there is a new day track on the north end.

Two guys in my area with half of their left arm. one rests it on the bars with a hand guard the others is gone before the elbow he doesn't use it at all. they both jump everything and ride really well. One passed me @ Broome a few years back and i followed him for a lap watching how he jumped and controlled the bike with just his right arm pretty amazing.

There was a guy around here in the early 70s that was missing the lower half of his arm AND was deaf. He flat out ripped in 125B and this was before they had the fancy prosthetics. He 'held on' with his elbow, basically. I can't remember his name, but the local paper did a big story about him.

He was in Holeshot magazine years ago. He lost his arm in a boating accident, and he flew at Badlands. Maybe Shand or someone from holeshot knows where he is.

I raced with a 25 yr old guy this summer (winter) in Brasil that also has no right arm below his elbow and he is the "national class" champion!~ Its kinda strange but in Brasil the National class is all 250 honda 4 stk's that are air/oil cooled, right side up forks and steel tanks etc. They are still being built here but are a 20 yr old design. Amost all street bikes in Brasil are these things also. Anyway, he was born with no right arm and is fast as heck plus a really nice guy! Oh and there are also most of the usual classes like in the USA but the "national class" has to be seen to be appreciatedSmile

Jimmy Osbourn or "Lefty". Awesome guy. When Katrina hit the coast he loaded up his Bobcat (still don't know how he drove it) and went to Louseyana. Haven't seen or heard from him since. I believe he was in one of the quaddamnit movies, the quad father, I think.

Thanks Shane, I mean Billybob. I think I'll still ask the guys at this weeks "Hill billy Nat's" if they've heard from him. I'll let you know what I hear.
