Seriously though, A1 is always unlucky for Eli. It's traditional by this point!
Well he got 3rd last year. Its not like he has crashed out every A1 the last couple of years.

Eli is Eli, nothing has really changed for this year. He will be fast as hell more times than not but he will also have races like these and that doesn't get it done.

I think Tomac enters a new season with EVERYBODY in his head then gains confidence and takes off as his results improve- Barcia on the other hand is the complete opposite- he enters a new season with NOBODY in his head full of confidence then gets rattled as the season progresses. I believe this explains how two elite riders can have such different beginnings (and ends) to their season- just my two cents
