Have no idea but some cool pics. Maybe a name of a club?

5.) The biggest changes in the event’s history come in 1985, when the Motocross, Trophee, and Coupe des Nations are combined into a single event, still called Motocross des Nations. For the first time, 125s, 250s, and 500s race against each other in the same motos at the same time, with all three classes competing in all three motos. With twenty-one nations entered at the race in Gaildorf, Germany, sixty-three riders are on the track at the same time! The winners are Team USA: Jeff Ward, David Bailey, and Ron Lechien.

6.) The format is tweaked again for ’86, with each moto pared down to just two classes; 125s and Open bikes raced moto one, then 250s and 125s in moto two, and 250s and Open in moto three. This is the same basic format used today, though there have been changes back and forth since.

1985 last year they used 500 class , year after it was called the open class ..

" The Original Open bikes" may have been a club or group from upstate/western NY....I was at all the old Unadilla GP"s and although I was younger, I remember a lot of rowdiness fueled by copious amounts of alcohol!

I was at the Unadilla 250 USGP in 1986, and the MXDN in 1987. I remember those big banners (actually painted wooden signs) near the scoring tower. Big groups of exuberant fans around them. Big Hannah fans. I think someone from that group would play The Scorpions "Rock You Like A Hurricane " through speakers or a megaphone . Great, great times!

That's the name of a"club" of spectators that attended Unadilla back in the day. They were the unofficial Bob Hannah fan club at Unadilla as well.

Ok, it's a club, a curious name for a club and more if it's a fan club, but they will know.
I also think that Unadilla should put back that same rise and eliminate some leap, there are things that have been improved and in others made worse.
Also in the podiums is diferent now and before

This photo was in MXA in 86. I have the issue somewhere. Not sure who did the race report but it was the year O'Mara ran out of gas and gave Bob the win.
