So there seems to be a threeway battle for this years MXoN. USA are strong (Tomac is back) and have home advantage. France is reigning champ and have won 4 consecutive titles. Many also favor The Netherlands, who have added strong HRC rider Calvin Vlaanderen to their team. Vote for the team you think will win!

I would say the votes reflect the odds pretty well

Can't see anyone coming close to the home team but the races should be monumental

Is it time for an Olympic style MXDN format with the race held every 4 years?

So the poll shows most people believe USA will win and little faith in France. If you haven’t voted yet, please do!!

The race has kind of lost it's luster being held every year. Kind of like IIHF World Championship hockey, held annually, as opposed to Olympic hockey (with nhl/pro players). Love the MXdN but think holding it every 2-4 years would make it more prestigious. Just a thought. Go, Canada! Go USA! Go Puerto Rico!

One can hardly say France has a mediocre team. Only Paulin has been struggling a bit lately. Ferrandis and Febvre were fast as hell.

It's a little bit scary honestly. ferrandis has shown this year that he can win and beat anyone and even though Paulin and hadnt had the greatest results this year he always seems to pull the rabbit out of his hat when it comes time to do this race so I definitely don't think you can rule that out. Team USA really needs to be on point and get some good starts that could be the whole race right there honestly. Then there's a few spoilers in there like herlings and carioli. Starts are key

Paulin looks like he is struggling for motivation a little at the minute. He's out at Husky next year, he probably knows where he's going next year and he's not got that much to push for. I'm sure when MXdN comes around he'll be well up for it

As someone whose country has no shot at a top 5 finish I think it would be cool as hell to see the Netherlands win.

It would be awesome to see a nation that's never won before take it home. Would round out Herlings dominant season in the perfect way. It would also mean that that they get to run 1,2,3 at home next year

I think the Netherlands will win. I think Herlings goes 1-1, Coldenhoff gets two top 10s, and Vlaanderen gets one top 10. I think they’ll get a score of 24. I think the US will have Eli go 2-2 and Barcia gets two top 5 finishes. Plessinger will have a better day overall than Vlaanderen, but Vlaanderen’s dropped score will benefit the Netherlands. Netherlands wins a nail biter with France coming in third. Paulin being the weak link.
