Ride it if you do not need the cash. For that price it’s officially as low as it will ever be as long as it’s cared for. You’re riding for free as long as you want and will likely make money when you’re done with it.

Keep it. Make a fun project bike out of it.

Do both spend 200$ on in be in it for 1700. Ride it for a year use it to train yourself on momentum and throttle control. keep it clean , but don't panic if it gets a little scratch. Then put it up in a year for 2750$ , take 2500 for it if it gets to that. Then you're up 800$ at the least , you don't have wear and tear on your bike, you got to practically get paid to ride this thing, and who knows you might just find that this is the best bike you ever bought.

I did just this expecting to ride my 05 Kx125 for a year ( paid 1000$ , it had about 5 hours tops on it.) . However as these things go , I found that I fell in love with it. I still have it , and still ride it to this day. However if my original idea had worked out , at the least I would have make another 650$. Hell I could do that right now if I wanted to , you have nothing to lose here.

You, sir, are a dishonor to your screen name.
