What’s up? The guy just isn’t mentally strong. Same story different day, when he falls he can’t recoup and just fades big time..

It's weird. I can't figure out where Tomac's incredible speed goes, on his off nights. Apparently, no one else can figure it out either.

It looks like a basic tip over. Then he gets up a rapidly goes backwards. Looked like he was riding 80% after he got going. Strange. Who knows. Its possible he strained his back picking up the bike or some freak deal like that. We will never know.

I guess he could have but he just kind of tipped over.. wasn’t a bad crash at all

I’ve been a fan his whole career but a 450 SX title seems to be a bridge too far. He had incredible chances in 2017 and 2018. He won half the races, 17 of 34. Now he’s got a resurgent Roczen and a blossoming Webb to deal with and between the back and the new bike he’s definitely not the same guy.

Yes had to be a back deal given the time he lost. Something was inhibiting him besides his mind.

I often thought maybe Eli has anxiety or something like that and gets too flustered and can’t calm down, which is why he always seems to take his time to remount after a crash.. remember the pants buckle incident? He was a mess!

Tomac rides well when he enjoys it. Sometimes he enjoys a track. Sometimes he enjoys being up the front. But when it’s not fun he can’t seem to get it done.
