Looks like the bird. And he looked back at him after. If you were just letting him know you were there, then you wouldn't bother with that.

Who knows what happened before that. Tomac passed over 20 guys yesterday and he didn't flip them all off. There was probably a reason. Whether or not it was worthy of flipping the guy off is a different story.
