Trying to choose between another pair INSTINCT or new Tech 7

Could someone with experience please let me know.

I have used SGs, Tech 10, tech 8 and most recently Instincts which I love.

Looking for sizing help too. Do the tech 7s fit like shoe sizes or need size up or down

I went from 7s to 10s. the 7s fit a tad bigger then then 10s. I wore both in size 10 and wear 10.5 normal shoes.

I'm a 12 in Redwing work boots, and a 12 in Tech 7s if that helps. I don't like the plastic buckles on my Tech 7s but they are a few years old. Idk if the newest ones have better buckles.

The current boots have aluminum buckles and work approximately 17,000 times better than the old ones.

Wrong. 18,474 times better.

Edit: New gen tech 7s are great boots, I have never tried instincts.

I’m on the Fox Instinct bandwagon. I wore Tech 10’s forever, then tried the 7’s and hated them. I tried the new all white Instincts and love them. Then bought two other colorways to go with my white ones.
